DGTL Barcelona is a festival that you should not miss!
A concept that has been showcased in many cities all around the world will be back in Barcelona for its 5 edition this year. Yes, that’s right, DGTL festival will be returning to Catalonian capital on the 23rd and 24th August 2019 and it is going to be absolutely HUGE.
Known for its full-on line-ups, eclectic crowds and amazing venues, the festival this year will once again be held at the iconic Parc Del Forum, a perfectly situated open space on the city’s waterfront which has a reputation in itself for being a place where you go to party hard in Barcelona.
Like last year, this year there will also be 4 stages and of course, plenty of artists to tease your ears including the likes of ANNA, Charlotte de Witte, Chris Liebing, Dj Harvey, Jeff Mills, Len Faki, Mano Le Tough, Marcel Dettmann, Pan-Pot and Seth Troxler to name a few. Let’s not also forget unique back to back sets that will be performed by Recondite and Marcus Worgull, and by Tiga and Dubfire and a number of live performances from Colin Benders, Henrik Schwarz, HVOB, Larry Heard aka Mr. Fingers, Mr. G, Octo Octa, Satori or Xosar amongst many more surprises.
If you have been to DGTL before you will know the score. The team behind it all go out of their way to make this one of the cleanest and most eco-friendly festival concepts in the world. The DGTL Revolution programme, which will be revealed very soon, is ever more determined to produce this event with zero waste and zero harm to the environment. This makes DGTL one of leading ethical electronic music event concepts to date.
The DGTL team are always thinking one step ahead of the game and this year they are entering the hospitality industry with the creation of the new and undoubtedly very useful DGTL Hostel. The hostel will be a unique sleeping space for those attending the festival and will have enough room to sleep 400 people in 8 and 4 person rooms (mixed or female only). If you choose to stay here you will, for sure, make some very good friends and you will only be four metro stops away from the venue so it’s basically a win-win if you are travelling to Barcelona for DGTL and are thinking about where to stay. The hostel will, of course, also be 100% eco-friendly and will feature special activities for its guests to make your DGTL experience one to remember.
